Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every Little Word Co order. There’s no minimum spend.

Delivery times
Orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after you place your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package to your door.

Order changes and address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address or your order, email us at info@littlewordco.shop as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has shipped, and we aren’t responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
